Canceled orders will be refunded to the card the order was placed with within 72hrs although the customers bank may take up to 7 days to process the refund

Orders are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers unless otherwise noted. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for complete details.
Tile Flooring Outlet is not responsible for shipping delays caused by freight carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds

All other sales are final and non-refundable.
