Due to the unique nature of our products, including irregular sizes, dimensions, and weights, our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Please review the following terms to understand our shipping procedures and policies.

Shipping Availability

  • Areas Served: We ship to locations within the Continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping and is currently not available
  • In-Store Pickup: Customers can opt for in-store pickup at nearly 200 nationwide warehouses at no additional cost. If you live near a major metro area chances are we have a nearby pickup option near you. 

Shipping Cost 

We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $249 on Dal Tile, Marazzi and American Olean Products anywhere in the continental U.S. via LTL Freight Truck — whether your order is one pallet or ten, the cost is just $249.
All products are securely palletized to ensure safe delivery and arrive intact. 

While traditional freight pricing is often based on size, weight, and destination, our flat rate takes the guesswork out of shipping — making it simple, predictable, and affordable.

Carrier Partners

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your order. The choice of carrier will depend on the specifics of your order and the delivery location.

Processing Time

  • Preparation: Orders are typically processed within 1 business days.
  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Transit Time

  • Standard Delivery: Standard delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 2 to 10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available upon request, subject to additional charges.

Special Handling

Given the nature of our products, some orders may require special handling and additional fees:

  • Oversized Items: Additional charges may apply for oversized or exceptionally heavy items.
  • Fragile Products: We take extra care in packaging fragile products to prevent damage during transit.

Delivery Instructions

  • Scheduling: Our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window.
  • Receiving: Ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order.

Shipping Damages

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any item is damaged, please notate the damage on the receiver and contact us immediately.
  • Claims: Damage claims must be made within 1 day of receipt.
